Companies need to be able to respond immediately and have people trained so that they're ready to respond to anything that goes wrong.
Social media is a 24 by 7 operation, and once you've started having activity on these networks, you can never stop. Truth is that it's speeding up everywhere. RSS is faster. People are publishing faster. And discovery is faster than ever before. So you need to learn, as a business, to respond more quickly and get your word out immediately.
